Family Health Center of Worcester’s mission is to improve the health and well-being of all residents in the Greater Worcester area, especially culturally diverse populations, by providing affordable, high quality, integrated, comprehensive, respectful primary health care and social services, regardless of patients’ ability to pay. We carry out our mission through the provision of family medicine, perinatal care, behavioral health, dentistry, a Walk In Center for urgent and same-day visits, a low-cost pharmacy, healthcare for unhoused individuals and families, refugee/immigrant health services, vaccine clinics, health education and promotion, HIV services, school-based health services in seven Worcester Public Schools, and public health programs for the early detection and prevention of disease.
Private contributions allow us to remain a vital part of advancing health equity and empowering the future of our community, providing care to more than 30,000 patients annually, regardless of their ability to pay.
