No Longer Primary Care Provider as of July 2023
Dear patients,
It is with regret that I inform you that I am leaving the Family Health Center of Worcester. My last day at Family Health Center of Worcester will be July 14, 2023.
My colleagues on Team 4 and in the Refugee Clinic will continue to provide care to you until a new Primary Care Provider (PCP) can be assigned to you.
If you would like to schedule an appointment or need medication refills, please call Family Health Center of Worcester at 508-860-7700. Please remember that we are on-call 24 hours per day through our answering service, for any concerns that you have.
If you no longer need services at Family Health Center of Worcester, please let the clinic know so that they can update your medical record.
