Getting Started

Family Health Center of Worcester (Family Health) is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Some evening hours are available by appointment only for Family Health patients. Call us at our main number 508-860-7700 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. A medical provider is on call after hours. Please let us know if you would like help in a language other than English; our multilingual staff is ready to assist you.

Scheduling an Appointment

To arrange for a medical appointment, please call (508) 860-7700 or walk directly in to the reception area.

To schedule a dental appointment, please call 508-860-7910.
To schedule a mental health or social services appointment, please call 508-860-7930.

Please let us know if you require interpretation services when you call. If you need to cancel an appointment, please call 508-860-7821 as soon as possible or walk directly in to the reception area.

Arriving for an appointment

Step 1: Please come 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in. Go to the Department or Team check-in desk.

Step 2: Please have the following information ready:

  • A valid photo ID (such as a passport or license)
  • Insurance card or appropriate income documentation or appropriate income documentation
  • Co-payment, which must be submitted at the time of the visit

Step 3: Bring a list of medication you are currently taking. Your provider will need that information to ensure your well-being

Step 4: Bring a list of any health concerns you want to discuss with your provider
