Louis Brady, MBA
President & CEO
Lou Brady has served in the Federally Qualified Health Center movement for two decades, beginning as Chief Operating Officer for Lowell Community Health Center in Lowell, MA. Lou also served at CHCI in Meriden, CT as Site Director; at Geiger Gibson CHC at Columbia Point in Boston, MA as Executive Director; and the Cornell Scott Hill Health Center in New Haven Connecticut at Chief Operations Officer. 
Lou knows that the while we must constantly adapt to meet the demands of a changing healthcare landscape, we must never compromise in our commitment to our patients, staff, and community. 
Lou holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Industrial Management from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
Robert Zavoski, MD
Chief Clinical Officer
Prior to joining Family Health Center, he was the Chief Medical Officer of First Choice Health Centers in East Hartford, Manchester, and Rockville, Connecticut from 2020 to 2022. Prior to joining First Choice, Dr. Zavoski served as the Medical Director of the Connecticut Department of Social Services (DSS), helping lead Connecticut’s Medicaid Program.
Before joining DSS, Dr. Zavoski served as Medical Director of the Primary Care Center at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. From 1993 through 2007, Dr. Zavoski served the Connecticut Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics in several capacities, including Chapter President from 2003 – 2007 and as Government Liaison Committee Chair. 
Dr. Zavoski is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, New York Medical College, and Pitt’s Graduate School of Public Health.
Susan Sleigh, MBA, LPN
Chief Operating Officer
Prior to her role as Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Sleigh was Director of Clinical Operations, Director of School-Based Health Centers, and in patient care as a nurse, specializing in adolescent health for Family Health Center of Worcester. 
Ms. Sleigh’s role as a patient-facing nurse at Family Health Center strongly influenced her drive to provide excellent whole-person care to individuals and families in Worcester and surrounding communities. Her thorough understanding of the daily operations, staff needs, and community have uniquely positioned her to implement strategic changes throughout the organization.
Ms. Sleigh received a Master’s Degree in Public Administration at Clark University in Worcester, MA. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Houghton College in Houghton, NY.
Yinka Fadahunsi
Yinka Fadahunsi, MBA DBA
Chief Financial Officer
Dr. Fadahunsi has been a driving force in the Federally Qualified Health Center movement for nearly a decade. Prior to joining Family Health Center of Worcester, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Mary Eliza Mahoney Health Centers and the Department of Health for the city of Newark, New Jersey.
In addition to his work in the community health center movement, Dr. Fadahunsi also worked as a financial consultant for healthcare organizations such as Salerno Medical Associates and AXION.
Dr. Fadahunsi holds a Doctorate of Business Administration: Accounting from Rutgers State University, a Masters of Business Administration from Montclair State University, New Jersey, and a Masters of Science: Financial Management from the University of Ado, Nigeria.
Heather Olson, MPA
Vice President of Development, Advancement
Heather Olson has served in the Federally Qualified Health Center movement for over a decade. As the Vice President of Development and Advancement at Family Health Center of Worcester, Heather oversees many critical functions including fundraising, grants management, events, marketing and communications, and strategic planning. Her deep expertise in these areas has uniquely positioned her to implement strategic changes that strengthen the organization’s sustainability and impact. Prior to joining Family Health Center, Heather worked at the Schwartz Center for Compassionate Healthcare at Mass General Hospital and held roles in nonprofit and higher education organizations in Boston, MA.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia Journalism from Emerson College, a Graduate Certificate in Community Health and Community Health Center Management from Suffolk University, and a Master of Public Administration from Clark University.
Brenda Tsuchiya
Brenda Tsuchiya, FNP-C
Medical Director of Primary Care Services
Brenda Tsuchiya has more than 24 years of nursing experience and has served in the Federally Qualified Health Center movement for over a decade, providing trauma-informed primary care to diverse and underserved populations at Family Health Center of Worcester. She currently serves as Medical Director of Primary Care Services, where she oversees clinical operations and leads initiatives to improve access and quality of care.
Brenda’s extensive experience in patient care, leadership, and health equity has uniquely positioned her to implement strategies that strengthen care delivery and advance organizational goals. In addition to her administrative role, Brenda serves as a family nurse practitioner, caring for patients across the lifespan and addressing complex health needs in the community.
Brenda holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Messiah University, a Master’s of Science in Nursing from UMass Boston, and is currently pursuing a Master’s of Public Health at Johns Hopkins University as a Bloomberg Fellow.
Christine Makris
Christine Makris
Executive Relations Director
As the Executive Relations Director, Christine closely works with the President & CEO, the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors to move strategic priorities from vision to reality. She plays a pivotal role in advancing key initiatives by guiding actionable plans, ensuring cross-functional alignment and focusing on measurable results. Christine strengthens board governance, ensures executive alignment, and partners on leadership development and workforce strategies that support long-term success.
With more than 25 years of C-level experience in healthcare, nonprofit, biotech, and corporate settings, she has built a reputation for fostering collaboration, streamlining complex projects, and creating space for leaders to focus on what matters most. Christine’s combines strategic insight with a natural ability to connect people and ideas.
Beyond work, she is an avid mountain biker, and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys exploring trails, building community connections, and championing causes that promote health and well-being.
