No Longer Primary Care Provider as of April 2023
Dear patients,
I am writing to let you know that as of April 2023, I will no longer be your primary care provider. It has been an honor to care for you, and you will be in good hands with my caring and talented colleagues at Family Health Center of Worcester. I am not leaving FHCW and will continue seeing patients for a variety of specialized visits. I am wishing you and your family much health and happiness.
